7. High Raise Construction Works $150.00 Per Hour (One man field team) $225.00 Per Hour (Two-man field team) $100.00 Per Hour (Office team) 

8. Detail Survey (Green Field Detail Survey - Depend on Lot Size) (Brown Field Detail Survey – Existing House) 

NOTE: *All rates are excluding GST *All rates are normal working hours Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and night works
